BIDDING & NEGOTIATIONS:
We will distribute blueprints, schedule bid deadlines, answer questions during bidding, tabulate bids, compare and analyze bids to assist you in selecting the Builder of your choice.
ON-SITE CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION:
An Architect will make routine site visits to the construction site to observe that the project is being built according to the Architect’s drawings and its original design intent.
